Shandee, who manages a long list of food allergies herself, was inspired to found Certistar by her challenges to stay safe while hosting frequent business lunches and dinners at restaurants.
When Shandee is not running her company, interviewing guests for ShandeeLand, or parenting her boys, she pours her creative and emotional energy into painting.
